• Support Butte Fire Survivors and rebuild communities
• Work with landowners to decrease risks of wildfire
• Protect the property rights of land owners and the rural character of our county
• Advocate for homeowners for access to affordable insurance
• Complete road repairs and provide resources for first responders

2. Economic Development

• Create and maintain healthy forests and watersheds to protect our communities, provide good
  paying jobs and enhance recreational and tourist opportunities
• Increase access to broad band internet
• Advocate for local manufacturing and small businesses 
• Promote Calaveras as a destination 
• Protect local agriculture and production

3. Public Health & Safety

• Support the Sheriff's Department and our local fire Fire Districts ensuring they have the resources to protect our communities
• Decrease fuel loads in our landscape to prevent wildfire
• Encourage local health initiatives to promote a healthier community

4. Education 

• Recognize that the local small schools are the heart of and the future of our communities
• Protect and enhance our local library system
• Support local efforts to access and enhance arts and education
